INDIGESTI reunites for three gigs

Yeah, you read well! Your tired and blurred eyes didn't play you tricks. I too heard many rumours for a while but you couldn't find any comforting news on the reunion of one of the bands (together the likes of Negazione and Raw Power to new just a couple) that helped out the 80's Italian hardcore punk to be respected and loved all around the globe.
Vercelli's INDIGESTI are gonna play three gigs in Italy October through December.

INDIGESTI started out in 1982 about at the end of one of the blackest periods post WWII in Italia, also know as "the years of lead", in the small town of Vercelli, North Italy.
The four-some fronted by Rudi Medea (voice) and completed by Enrico Giordano (guitar), Roberto Vernetti (bass) e Massimo Corradino (drums) recorded and released on the same year a DIY cassette entitled "Sguardo Realtà" before parting ways in 1983, reunite, after some line-up changes, in 1985 and break up for the second, and last, time in 1986 -over this short time frame the ruinted band released the first full-length "Osservati Dall'Inganno" on TVOR and an EP entitled "The Sand Through The Green" through American imprint BC Tapes & Records.
Their brand of hardcore punk, sung in Italian, that took influences from the 77's punk rock and what was going on over the ocean in the USA. INDIGESTI was as much fast, angry and in your face as their time together as a band has been shortlived and intense. And their lyrics screamed top of Rudi's voice were as insidious as charged of introspection and poetry.

A gig for young and older hardcore punk afecionados no matter what the style or substance.
